About
Katie is a NYC-based filmmaker and member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild. Her work has screened in wide release, at film festivals, on prime-time television, and on major streaming outlets. Selected credits include Disney’s DESCENDANTS: WICKED WONDERLAND and RISE OF RED, Hulu’s FURIOUS, Paramount’s DEXTER: RESURRECTION, FX’s THE AMERICANS, and the independent feature film SISTER AIMEE, which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.
In between editorial projects, Katie runs a YouTube series about ghost stories and spooky travel: THE GHOST TOURIST.
Katie began her career in production, working as a set PA on movies such as KNIGHT AND DAY, Todd Haynes' MILDRED PIERCE, and television shows including BOARDWALK EMPIRE, GOSSIP GIRL, and ROYAL PAINS. Katie is from New Jersey and holds a BS in Film and Television Production from Boston University.
On the rare occasions when Katie is not working, she enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her husband and dog.
